Isnt worth his contract.

Is far from being horrible.

Is a good heart and soul guy

Is a deadweight offensively and shouldnt be paired with Subban

Not the greatest player. But if our defense sucks, it's not because of Gorges, but because Gorges is our 2nd best dman.

With Tinordi still not ready for the big leagues, Diaz peaking as a 3rd pairing guy, Markov being pretty weak at even strenght and Murray being a 6th-7th dman, we'll probably need a legit top-4 guy at the deadline if we hope to be contenders.

Since he signed his contract he hasn't been as good either... and that contract was just flat out too long.

I don't know why you have to be an apologist for everything man. Lay off the Kool-Aid and start looking at the team with some objectivity.

Gorges better at even strength than Markov? Maybe at blocking shots.

Character looks good in front of the camera doing the little interview and being liked by the media but it's not really going to help us on the ice unless you are a character guy with talent.

That's what we need, someone with leadership that also got the talent to get the job done on the ice. Not someone opening his mouth in front of the camera, saying the "right" things but not really contributing to the team in a significant matter.

Who cares, lets keep paying him 4m...he got heart!

As of now is Georges overpaid? Sure. But is character irrelevant in choosing to sign players? Of course not. Can you honestly tell me that you don't think guys like Prusthave a significant impact on the vibe in the room, team chemistry, guys wanting to stay here? You can't have a winning culture with a team filled with Ribeiros and Kostitsyn's. Point being, I think it's sometimes good to overpay a little for guys who bring something extra to the table in terms of leadership. I would take another Prust at 2.5 mil per yer any day on this team.

A team guy who took Gally in for not one, but two years now.

Has 0 offensive talent or instinct.

Overpaid but has the potential to earn every penny of his salary if he can step it up in the playoffs.
 
I was impressed by his shot last game. I think when his contract is up he might leave and pateryn and nygren could replace him but i still want him for a few years. I dont know what are the terms of his contract
 
A little over paid at 3.9m for 5 more seasons. I'd be much more comfortable at like 3-3.25. Brings a lot of heart to the team and should be 4-5 dman in my honest opinion. WE MUST BEING A TOP 4 DMAN !
