Benoit Allaire has a lot of work to do here. Quick was very suspect last season, and is a huge reason the Kings didn't win their division.

Hopefully he is around him all summer working on what he needs to do to get back to being an NHL goalie. If there is one person that can do it, it's Allaire.

Get that we were looking for a cheap, veteran backup, but Quick has been bad for a while now. Last year he let in almost half a goal per game worse than expected. If he starts ~15 games, could easily cost us 5+ points in the standings vs an average backup.
