We won't see any changes other than moving people up and down the line-up, basically shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic

Side note: This team genuinely makes my heart hurt, I miss the days when the outlook was positive and not staring down the barrel of a gun

I’ll stay true to my word....I said I’d judge them in today, and I’m disappointed. Not throwing in the towel but I’m disssaoijnted. I think if they lose mode then one of their next three I’ll be at that point.

excuses are tired, however sorokin is an unbelievable prospect for the islanders he’s not just a good prospect he’s their future franchise goalie much like shestyorkin for NYR and the islanders are like hall said one of e best defensive teams in the league. They literally went from being the worst defensive team in the league to the best best once trotz arrived.

Liked the push in the third compared to last game especially, but I’m definitely worried. I feel this team can get on a roll but they’ll probably have to do that and I’m talking about right now.

This division is death

Good news: VO looks like a legit NHL player. Lock him up!

Bad news: Our franchise talent looks like crap. Eichel and Dahlin have been lackluster to say the least.

My directv* decided not to automatically record the game, so I was given a rare reprieve.
Things are looking up

Jack enrolled in the school of Dubois. Watching that unfold was like watching our own future. Taking off my homer hat and putting my heart to the side... Can you blame him?

What do you mean? The Islanders did quite a good job defending the Sabres the last 2 games.

As frustrating as this is, I'm not sure how anyone can question Eichel's effort last night. The results weren't there, but the effort most certainly was. Too many of you equate lack of results with lack of effort.

Just another reason to take a very long vacation from this board.

Ralph is likeable but professional sports are a business. Need positive results. Need a new President (Burke type, maybe Dudley?) to overlook all of the hockey organization and hire appropriate people.

There is really no reason to keep Krueger at this point. Plenty of good options out there. You can throw (another) season away or replace the coach ASAP.

With the Pegulas seemingly unwilling to put more money than they need to into the Sabres, I doubt we see them opt to pay another coaching staff not to coach the Sabres.
