Is it me or do you hate listening to him even more when he is announcing an Islander game like tonight when they are winning than during Ranger telecasts. The Rangers need to consider another exRanger player in the booth to join Roden .. because being an ex Islander announcer is not good for Ranger fans .. in fact during Ranger - Isles telecasts he almost sounds like he's back announcing as an Islander announcer again.

Joe is bad all-around, but he is better on a non-Rangers broadcast than he is on a Rangers broadcast.

Listening to other guys around the league He's not that bad at all. In fact he's pretty good.

The fact is that when you listen to him announce a Ranger game, he promotes the players from the other team waaay too much. In fact when you listen to him announce with Rosen versus the Islanders, its almost sound like he's back to announcing as an Islander announcer again.Its almost sick to listening to him. He is NOT true blue and needs to be gone from ranger telecasts. Wouldn't it be great to get a '94 cup player in the booth
