One time I found a storage unit that was super cheap. Like nobody wanted it. So I bought it for a dollar and figured it was a winner. I found like a thousand Dr Phil DVDs and was sure I'd make my money back but nobody, and I mean literally NO Body buys Dr Phil DVDs. It was really a waste of a dollar.
