Id like to see Sammy follow up his last game coming in the middle of it and continue on and get on a really good roll.
We need at least one goalie going and lately Murray has been shaky.

This, Was going to say this too but Pierre Puke Dubois has taken some cheap shots at Matty before. They have a few dirtbags over there. I thought Simmonds was going to be in... I may have even had him on Matty's wing for the odd shift just to punish a few of their cheap shot artists.

Considering how often you've posted about it, it might be you who's a tad obsessed and when you talk about how "small" other people are, it suggests that you may have some "small man insecurities" yourself. There's also some irony in posting that you "really don't think about them at all", do you see it?Just looked through it.
It's funny how obsessed other fans are with the Leafs and the fanbase and we really don't think about them at all.

I think people are pretty much the same everywhere, and that applies to fan bases as well. I've seen so many posts about how people here hate WPG fans, OTT fans, BOS fans, EDM, TB fans, MTL fans, the list goes on and on. For me personally, I only have a problem with obnoxious, rude and intellectually dishonest posters and those people exist in every fan base.
I don't mind admitting that I actually have a soft spot for WPG fans and am usually pulling for them when they're playing anyone but us. I remember seeing the pics of how packed their arena was the first time they had a practice after getting their team back, they clearly love hockey just as much or perhaps even more than fans in any other city (including Toronto) so yeah, I have no problem with them at all.

I'm trying to cut down on my drinking, no alcohol from Monday to Thursday so we'll see how that goes. TGIF though, definitely looking forward to some scortch
(or perhaps a nice bourbon) tomorrow night (and Saturday too of course).I picked up another bottle of Knob Creek 9 year single barrel yesterday, only a couple of bottles left in the city, not sure when it will come again (if ever) so for any bourbon fans, I'll say this stuff is great. At 120 proof though it's pretty hot so for the first time, I have learned to enjoy bourbon over a block of ice which for the really strong stuff is actually very nice! But I digress ...

And I’m going to apologize in advance because I’ve been to about a hundred Leaf games and it seems like they always lose when I go so I’ll take the blame for this one if they play badly.

Better hurry, there's not much left in the city. A few bottles at Fairview Mall, Queens Quay and Summerhill, that's it. And I don't think it's something LCBO regularly carries so no telling when it will come again. It seems like now you can also go to lcbo.com and order it online and have it delivered to you or any LCBO close to you which is what I do when I can. This wasn't the case yesterday but now that's the website shows so you might want to take advantage of that, I find this super convenient.
