Shoulda asked some tough questions about the state of the locker room, Dave. Like...

Nate, which is it? The tightest bunch of guys ever as per Comrie, or a dysfunctional, selfish, ego-driven Hell like everyone else is saying?

OK fine, all you "defence lawyers" out there, I may be leading the witness.

One thing that crossed my mind is that Schmidt is friends with Cody Eakin and said he talked to him when he was asked about coming to Winnipeg.

Crazy that his review would have been “worst locker room I’ve ever been a part of” and Schmidt was okay with that.

Yeah, there's a few things here that don't jibe.

Methinks there's some people making up sh!t to try and get clicks on their website or raise their profile on the Facebook.

Let’s not forget that in that same podcast they mentioned Cody Eakin was upset the jets didn’t offer him a contract extension, seems weird you’d be upset about that if the room was actually that bad.

Think you'll seldom ever hear a player, gm, coach etc under contract publicly admit the rooms a mess.

The room is awesome
Greatest ever
S’mores every post game
Rainbows and Unicorns
Nothing to see here

Eakins is not a hot commodity
Comrie needs a landing place
Figure it out.
There’s issues whether you think so or not.

I don’t even understand what you’re talking about in half of this to be honest.

Do I think the room is great? No. Do I think Patrick was talking out of his ass just trying to sound cool? Yes.

There is no doubt in my mind that the room isn’t rainbows and unicorns, but I think it’s not even remotely close to the worst dressing room ever that apparently it’s been for five years now.

I’m willing to bet it’s closer to the way Comrie describes it then the way Patrick does.

If the room was even close to that bad the majority of the Jets core wouldn’t have started long term contracts within the last 5 years.
