I know very little about this guy. I read a number of Megna news articles and all consistent. The following 2014 article is older but provides some insight. Most likely P bruin. Curious if anyone has watched him play.

Megna give us a Rocky Balboa coming of age moment with the Bruins!

So far in 8 NHL games played this year, Megna has contributed only 1 assist and averaged 12:02 TOI. Megna might not be producing points on the score sheet, but he has brought nothing but positive contributions to the big Pens this year. He has played on the 2nd and 3rd lines with a number of different forwards. He seems to be most productive on the second line with Evgeni Malkin, although Megna does defer to the superstar center with a pass-first mentality (even when he is in a better position to shoot).

Megna has helped out on the penalty kill as well. His speed and aggressive forecheck mentality have led to many scoring opportunities for his teammates. Megna’s AHL dominance has not led to NHL points yet, but with his speed and tenacity, it seems to be just a matter of time.

Megna’s playing style seems to be a mix between that of Beau Bennett and Zach Sill. Megna doesn’t have the hands that Bennett possesses, and he doesn’t show the high powered hitting that Sill is known for, but he has great speed, hockey IQ, and the ability to adjust his game to fit in almost anywhere on the Penguins roster. This is what makes him a true asset to the Penguins, especially when the injury bug hits. Perhaps Megna will take this opportunity and turn it into a permanent position on the Penguins roster.
