cool, wish he could get in tonight but i know he wont.
looking for ANY excuse to be excited about the games. I can't believe i still watch them all, even when I feel like my brain is rotting from boredom.
DISH did me a solid by dropping FSW. I have a FSW GO log-in but watching on the actual TV is difficult unless watching live (I'm usually not home for the start of games) or the replay which doesn't start until maybe 30 minutes after the game ends. Due to that, I've barely been watching games since December. Last night was the first one I watched in a long time since I could actually use DISH and my DVR. Even then, the FF button got a lot of work.
It is liberating, man. You are not missing anything. Eric on Twitter posts GIFS or video of any relevant play. There has been times at 10:30 where I'm thinking about giving it a go but then I decide to just go to his Twitter feed and I find out that the Kings lost, scored one goal and there were no highlights.
I also didn't go to any of the games on this recent home stand except the Blues one before Christmas and only because it was the Blues and I had the day off. I've never missed this many games...already more than last season with last season being the most I've ever not gone to. I still get afraid I'll miss something but the odds are highly stacked that I won't.
Again, not increasing STH'er prices and offering a price freeze for next season said everything anyone needed to know about the product we would see this season. Offering the price freeze also lets us know that next season isn't expected to be world's better.
Of course, if this was 2003 or even 2010, it would be more fun since there was still hitting and fighting back then. Now, when you suck, all you do is get to watch lifeless boring "hockey".
Just do yourself a favor and skip some games. I could have never envisioned that but now I'm out here without a net and loving every minute of it.
