even if MUZZ is OK in 2-3 weeks he needs to give it more time. The longer you can wait before exposing to contact the better healing will take place.
The playoffs are not for the faint, you need to be 100% going in our you will not make it.

The Leafs depth on D is solid and can obsorb the loss of Muzzin. Short term.

If Muzzin were to be placed on LTIR until the playoffs, that would certainly give Dubas some serious cap space to use at the deadline. Perhaps it would allow Kyle to go after one of the big fish out there? Chychrun, for example??
Then miraculously, Muzzin is good to go in the first playoff game a-la Tampa.

Hopefully he'll be back soon enough to play in the regular season so the Leafs don't have to blow unnecessary assets on rentals

let him sit 2-3 weeks even if hes alright. I need him for mine and our playoffs

When you see a player have multiple concussions in a short amount of time I think that time horizon starts getting measured in months and not weeks. Look at Bowen Byram and his setbacks earlier this season.

He played like he wasn't healed from his collision with marner
He needs to check his perephial vision
His passes have been lousy for 2 months

Free cap space. You can bet your life Leafs take advantage of it and why shouldn't they ???
I 1000% think and hope they should LTIR for both man and team but I honestly do not think Dubas/Shanny are “ruthless” enough to do that if it’s not 100% doctor recommended
