Jake Muzzin loves "The Boosh" and his physical play (of course)

Think he was talking about Ritchie. And not that anyone cares but Ritchie does have 8 goals, 10 points in 16 games for Arizona.

I would have liked to have kept him, even if on the 4th. He lacked the passion for the puck, but he was getting to the net and throwing checks.

That said, if it is a choice between his potential and inconsistent hard game vs a big mean D Man, there's no question I prefer the Bear on our backend. He brings it every shift too.

When Muzzin gets back, this defense is going to be an unpleasant experience for opposition forwards come playoffs. That is going to make a difference in a series.

Want to give mad props to Lyubushkin for doing his first interview with Toronto media earlier today - can tell clearly he's not the most comfortable with English in that setting, but gave it a really solid go and when he didn't understand or comprehend the question, wasn't afraid to ask for clarification.

Did any empathetic Leaf fan notice who helped Boosh off the ice?

Micheyev, a Russian thing. both surprisingly, around the same age.

Dubas, and Shanahan are doing very well with making sure certain nations with great players, have at least one comrade to talk to, hang with etc.. Took a while with the Russians though, but its way tough these days to accomplish that. With Russia being the way it is the past few years, not just now...

Yet another feather in the magicians cap(dubas) getting rid of trailer ontario trash and bringing in a guy who will sacrifice his body, to make a hit or play. And give Micheyev a comrade to talk to about the homeland.

Remember when Dubas spent the overnight in New Jersey, when the team was red, red hot and Micheyev wasn't playing all that well?

Dubas, anyways, took his personal time off, to spend the night so Ilya, had Kyle to be with, in a strange city, in a strange environment.

Not saying he will give Kyle a big discount, but if Larry throws in enough duplexes or short story apartments.........

In all seriousness, Kyle isn't just a wild genius, he puts in time for his players.

I would really like to hear what agents and our players think about our braintrust..

Be interesting methinks.
