Probably more based on other teams having already re-assigned their players to the VHL/MHL. Even SKA have re-assigned some to the MHL already. It's just Demidov, Nikishin and the other guy who's name is not Grizzly who's status are in limbo.

And even if immigration and contract stuff works out super fast, is it a good idea to rush our blue chip prospect to playoff hockey (against a top-seeded team) on smaller ice and burn an ELC year in the process?
