I mean I have 0 sources but I've said it all along, unless mainstream media tell me he's going to VHL I don't fully believe it. There's been too much inconsistency in reports for Demidov, Nikishin and Gristyuk to believe hearsay at this point. Might still end up being true, but nothing's been confirmed yet and this is why I've never stopped believing he might end up here this year in the end.

Nikishin isnt being released either as there's a report the Canes are entering negotiations with Ska as well.

The way I look at it, if Canes are talking with SKA. Then Montreal is talking to them, as well. And so are the Devils about Gritsyuk.

However, SKA definitely holds the long end of the stick.
