The biggest tell is that they didn’t accounce anything to Nikishin yet when it was already said and expected between both camp that he would transfer to the NHL after their playoffs run.
They are clearly negociating with Demidov’s AND Nikishin’s camp too for their release

My take is SKA has many issues to work out because of the early exit. For example, Rottenberg’s status. I think the Demidov camp is completely in the dark.
