Why would he go play in the juniors? He should just take a break while his KHL contract expires.
He's under contract still, so if the team tells him he's going to play in the MHL then it's his obligation to do so.

He'd create a lot of enemies in the organization and face potential legal action. And it's the organization that his brother still plays for, so I wouldn't be shocked if they punish his brother in some manner as well.
