I don't wanna say we're not playing well, since we've had some of our best games this season since he's been on this streak. The LA game, Anaheim and the Rangers, have all been some strong team performances. Most of the other games were also good, but also had some rough period's like the 2nd against Chicago and a lot of the 2nd and 3rd tonight (mostly because of all the PK time in the 3rd tonight), but we could have also asily allowed another few goals over this stretch with lesser goaltending.

I was a bit worried for a few games where Vatanen looked really shaky, but I think we got great value in the Henrique trade. He’s far from perfect, but he’s a minute eater and he helps our back end a ton. He helps our transition sooo much.

I don't wanna read anything about how bad the defense is if Kinkaid plays on Friday against piece of shit BuffaLOL and gets lit up. They're the worst team we've played on this stretch, and maybe the first or second worst in the entire league when it comes to goal scoring.

I've noticed a lack of ''Kinkaid will be the better starter than Cory if he gets a chance and no way Cory stops the goals he allowed tonight'' guy, with the exception of a couple of the games where he allowed 3 goals.

No, of course Cory wouldn't have stopped any of those goals on Kinkaid. He's only stopped about 3% more of the shots he's faced this year than Kinkaid has.

If you won’t play Kinkaid Friday against the lowly Sabres, I think you pretty much committed to playing Cory for almost the remainder of the season.

You simply can’t ask your backup to come in after so long and expect to be sharp.

He had one good play tonight that drew a penalty, but nothing came out of that PP because well, Ward sucks as the PP coach. We score in spite of his player usage and strategy.

After 36 games, we're at 22 wins and 49 points. Last season on December 27 we had 13 wins and 33 points. Last season we got our 49th point on January 22nd, and our 22nd win on February 5th.
