What would it take and is it possible?

R. Nash(2 mill retained)
for
Grabovski (rags get to put him on long term injury and get the cap break)

C. Perry
For
C. deHaan and R. Strome (+?)

Thanks for reading

More of a question and the (+?) Was for adding what it would take.

Islanders and Rangers are not going to make such a major deal and
Rangers are not going to do that -
Grabovski is planning to play.

Strome and de Haan for Perry is nowhere close.

I would use the Nash deal as a model (Columbus to the Rangers) to get an idea about what the cost would be

It's funny because the Isles and Rangers would probably be solid trade partners if it weren't for... well, the whole rivalry thing. Can we get Zuccarello?

Isles are not moving Pulock. Even if JVR had more then the two yrs left on his deal, that is not a deal that holds any appeal.

Keep forgetting that 2 years left is essentially a rental on here now. Which Dman are the Isles exposing in the expansion draft? Leafs may have interest...

Considering Pulock is exempt from the expansion draft, the Isles will be protecting Boychuk, Leddy, and Hamonic if they go for the 7 and 3 option. It it's the 8 + 1 option, then probably add de Haan to the list.

Hickey, Pelech, and Mayfield would be available.
