Rangers are not going to do that -
Grabovski is planning to play.

Strome and de Haan for Perry is nowhere close.

I would use the Nash deal as a model (Columbus to the Rangers) to get an idea about what the cost would be

Sounds like the isles have reached out to several soon to be UFA's and could look to teams facing cap issues.

Nash is not a salary dump.

Everyone here seems to want to get rid of Grabo, Nelson, deHaan, Boychuk, Bailey, Kulemin, etc. Nash turns into Dr. Jack Griffin after 82 games, Nabokov had a similar problem.

Considering Pulock is exempt from the expansion draft, the Isles will be protecting Boychuk, Leddy, and Hamonic if they go for the 7 and 3 option. It it's the 8 + 1 option, then probably add de Haan to the list.

Hickey, Pelech, and Mayfield would be available.
