Not taking anything away from Sorokin because he kept them in the game, but the refs won this game for them. I'm sorry, but they were horrendously one-sided all game. Horrible, horrible, horrible officiating.


Hope Long Island enjoys these two needless points, which only hurts their draft positioning.

That was a disgustingly officiated game. Like the worst I’ve seen in a long time. And a missed elbow to the face that draws blood leads directly to the game winning goal. But we’re not supposed to criticize the referees bc they have such a hard job? If you suck are your job you deserve criticism.

That was the worst officiating I’ve seen in a long time. And gallant probably won’t even mention anything in his postgame bc you don’t want a target on our back going into the playoffs but it sure would feel good if he called them out.

Sorokin had the one amazing paddle save but other than that we didn't make it too hard on him. The refs were AIDS. McKegg is so horrible we need a replacement for him NOW

3 egregious penalties by the Islanders went uncalled while two soft as tissue paper calls (arguably non-existent) went against the Rangers
