Frankly this is the exact same sounding nonsense people who've claimed to have encountered Bigfoot, The Abominable Snowman, The Loch Ness Monster, UFO's etc. tend to spout. And predictably the time and environment of these sightings are cliched too.

The only difference with this new "beast" is people have actually heard of those other ones. It's just bored people looking for their 15 minutes of fame is all.
