At this point no. Very good player but he has to do what hes doing now for a long time.
He is a great player, who cares if he is generational or not?
Honestly I dont. Just hope he can be a great player for us for a long time. If he does he will probably be HOF worthy. Whether he would be generational isnt something that really matters to me.
Probably the same reason Cheechoo isn’t considered generational from his time ripping up the league....He scored 100 points last season and is on pace for a historic season. He's currently leading the Art Ross race. Why doesn't Kucherov get recognition as a generational player in the NHL?
That's why these debates just don't make sense to me. Let's call him a great player and leave it that? But I guess, what's the fun in that?
