Hmmmmmm. One more venue to build?
This is the Los Angeles games. I imagine there are plenty of football fields (at colleges and such). For that matter, is the main stadium usually used for something during the first week? Track and field events usually don't start until the second week.

Some college dudes in run and shoot offenses that don’t make the nfl should start training for this after this season. They would ball out.

I officiated intramural flag football in college. We played 7v7, no rush counts so teams played with linemen, but everybody was eligible. Some of the teams were a lot of un to watch, including the IU Baseball team, that would usually win the top division (former coach/current Michigan baseball coach Tracy Smith would play QB, which was funny since he was so much older than everyone else). Also played a couple of seasons of rec in my early 20s.

It's fine for scaled down football, but not a sport I'd want to watch on TV. Rugby Sevens is a better game, IMO.
