If Gretzky would've built the team by just picking the guys with the most points, he would've been laughed at. Guys like Draper and Doan are exactly what every team needs, got to defend every now and then too eh?

Personally i would have went with John Madden over draper, but that is another arguement. As for Doan, could have also got better guys for that role.

I know but I'm just saying that it's quite interesting. Some offensive forwarsd that were taking were nowhere near the best possible choices.
