I assume this is addressed somewhere. Probably where the rule exists that you can't reassign them while on IR...

i don't know if it factors in at all, but chatfield's baby boy was born in july - this was his first long road trip since the kid was born, so having today might be a maintenance day for momma lol

I blame myself. Some time ago I commented something about how it seemed we had fewer nagging injuries under Bill Burniston than we did under Pete Friesen.

Since then, Freddie got hurt late in the season (21-22) and obviously Svech and Patches, and now the horseshit we're dealing with now.
