How many times has a team won in the closing year in a building? At the same time how many times has a team won in their inaugural year at a building. Off topic, but I know at least in baseball it's happened in the opening year.

I think a large part of the isles not getting a new arena is the fact they've been so bad for so long. Now they're elite just as they leave.
