Anyone else having trouble accessing the tourney's official website www.iihfworlds2015.com ever since the tourney started yesterday?

Sometimes it just times out for me without loading at all, and at other times, the pages load excruciatingly slowly. (No, it's not my connection – all other sites work fine for me.) Looks like another ****-up by IIHF.

At long last, they got rid of the awful PDF files (!) for game stats, but that's of little help if the webpages often are inaccessible. Game stats are incomplete as usual, anyway. Still no data on power-play and short-handed time played by a player, although that's a basic stat. The mobile IIHF app is useless as ever, providing even fewer data than the website, so it's hardly worth installing it. :help:

I can't even locate the PDF files, thank heavens. :D In previous years, there were only PDF files for game stats, but this year, we at least get this:

http://www.iihfworlds2015.com/en/games/2015-05-02/LAT-vs-CZE/#statistics-tab

(You may wish to take a walk around the block while the webpage is loading for you.) Naturally, the above link, despite the "statistics-tab" at the end, doesn't really load the statistics tab, and you need to click the "Statistics" button manually to see the game stats... but, well, at least they aren't PDF files any longer! ;)

Ah, thank you. There they are, the cursed PDF files. :D Well, better a readily available PDF file than a non-responsive website, I guess. ;)

I think you can say the same things (not loading or extremely slow) about the whole organization, not just about its site.

Oooh I like that link, having everything together like that too. I actually don't mind the PDFs too, maybe I'm just used to them.

The app is lame and awful. It doesn't show any time-on-ice for any player in the game (let alone power-play and short-handed time). If I'm missing it somewhere, please let me know. Also, you can't even properly see assists made on goals scored, and it's a struggle to even find the goal scorers in a game. (Impossible to see at a glance.)

I think even the NHL's mobile app is pretty bad, so I usually avoid it and prefer to go to the full NHL site even on my mobile phone and tablet, but the IIHF app is like a thousand times worse than that. ;) The video highlights with the clown commentators are awfully done with no replays, etc.

That alternative stats site with the silly PDF files seems no longer responsive, either. I give up. It's a secret tournament. :shakehead
