Obviously they were a great regular season team, but they were losing Game Seven against St. Louis by two goals with two minutes left and by a goal with less than five seconds left. I'm sure many thought they were toast in that game.

In the second round, they were down three games to one against the Stars. They're now tied after two periods in Game Six.

Not saying they'll beat DAL, but they do have a chance. Which teams have pulled off similarly unlikely comebacks in their first two series?

2014 Kings were down 0-3 in their series in the opening round, they overcame the deficit and reverse swept the Sharks.

They also took the next series and the series after to 7 games. They won both of those series and ultimately won the cup that year.

i know you dont want to call out your fellow refs
but throwing it to dave jackson is just a talking head that wont give you an objective opinion "Dave, should it have been a penalty shot?" "DAHHHH...."

Hard to top that. Winning the cup as an 8-seed is an incredible feat too.

Wonder if the NHL is going to personally call the Stars and apologize for missing that penalty shot.
