Ideas for easy Sthlm comic-con cosplay?

So... I want to go real cheap and dress up for Stockholm comic-con.

My first thought was a Loki Variant, but by some magic there are pretty much no green shirts available in Sweden...

Any other ideas that I can dress as?

Maybe I can put together a quick Captain Hammer suit as I will take my photo with Felicia Day?

Buffy (thought of going as chunky Spike, that would be quite easy too)
Dr Horrible's Sing Along blog

And lots of different things.

Not a huge fan of DC.

Or should I be half creative and go as leisure suit Loki variant?

For me the subject of comics is not too close, I like anime more. Last week I attended a cosplay event. And since I didn't have much time to make up a costume, I decided to wear a chinese hanfu to the event, since I thought it would be an appropriate costume for the event since I was on a tight budget. If you also have some restrictions, you might try to put together a Captain Hammer costume, I think it would be a good option.
