This from the same guy who selected Hayton fifth overall. Granted I wanted Zadina to fall into our laps at 5. Hayton is still at least a useful NHL player and Zadina is no longer in the NHL.

Hughes is in a class of his own but in the next group, guys like Seider and Boldy are just too valuable and adaptable for me to rank a situational player like Caufield ahead of them. I do think Caufields overall game is super underrated though, he's not a soft player or a floater. He plays like a bit of a bulldog, gives a high level of effort and has a good playmaking game.

Also, I haven't seen enough of him yet but Thomas Harley is incredibly impressive. If he's for real he could be closer to challenging Hughes than the rest of the pack.

A great player and a steal at his draft position, but not the best one by any means.
