I've been blessed with a great life so far. Others are not so fortunate. It is my great honour to have donated one pint of blood today. It is important to give back to the community. It takes a village, after all. I encourage everyone to find ways to contribute if you are able. I do not expect you to go the extra mile as I have done, but even something as simple as smiling at a stranger can change the world. God bless.

@Jiminy Cricket great advice in theory but didn’t work for me. Was trying to do a good thing by spreading a bit of joy when I went to donate semen today but I guess you’re not supposed to do that in the middle of a 7/11 now I am not allowed near any parks, playgrounds or schools. Advice?
