those last two wins were big considering they are still outside the play-off structure. Another week of Monty looking at Benjamin Moore paint samples for his new office and St Louis and the Bruins may have never recovered.

The Bruins are probably the fourth best team in the Atlantic.

There are half a run above the likes of Ottawa, Buffalo, and Detroit.

Those are mediocre-bad. You don’t want to be those teams.

The Bruins are mediocre-good so long as they take care of business against the bad teams.

To what end? I do not know.

First round exit most likely.

This team doesn’t have the offensive acumen to do anything else as of now, in my opinion.

Monty is a snake but I’m very happy he is

You lost me at about 5:15 PM April 26, 2023

Your inability to coach with the type of team you had this year was maddening but you said if you weren’t into it. Kudos this worked out for everyone

My Bruins Christmas will be anything but blue

You shouldn't have Buffalo in there. They are getting strong goaltending from UPL and their offense crushes Boston's. They outscore the Bruins by almost 1 full goal per game. They've beaten Florida and Dallas, teams who have destroyed the Bruins twice each. 11-6-1 in their past 18 and a +11 goal differential. Overall a +23 better than Boston (Bruins at -19)

Until Boston fixes it's offensive woes they are a bottom-tier-to-mediocre club. Their GF/game has gone down under Sacco and is currently 32nd out of 32 teams and has the worst shooting % in the league since mid-October. They belong in your "Mediocre-bad" list much more than the Sabres do.

I like how Sacco seems to have gotten back to playing it tighter defensively but until the Bruins show they can at least stay competitive in a game vs. upper-echelon teams and not get absolutely demolished we shouldn't be throwing stones at other clubs.

We have to win games 2-1 or 3-2, have no offensive prowess.
Buffalo has a good team and I like their dee, with Power/Dahlin and Bowen.

Their D is getting better as are their forwards. Ruff getting his systems in place. UPL giving them quality starts. I'm not saying they are a cup contender but they are a solid playoff contender in the Atlantic Div.

UPL was great last season as well. His GAA (2.57) was almost exactly the same as Swayman (2.53) and the same as Ullmark (2.57)

Buffalo defensemen are too small. They'll never get out of the first round.
