How to find statistics about WCH in 90s and 2000s

IIHF is here still in the last century. I cant find game logs, stats from WCH played in 90s and first half of 2000s.
Well know PDFs summaries are (were) online from about 2004 or 2005.
Is there any link, where can i find it?

For player stats your best bet is eliteprospects.

No idea where to find full game logs, but you can find goal scorers and lineups for Czech Rep/Czechoslovakia games on the Czech version of Wikipedia.

You can also have a look at this page: Archives - Hockey sur glace (only available in French, scroll to the season you're interested in and click on "Championnats du monde"). The have detailed informaion, including lineups and boxscores, on a few selected games.
