Pay for NHL Game Center through the NHL app on PS4/Xbox One or Blue Ray players, PC. Cable on average is $960 a year, NHL Game Center is about $200 all said and done with playoff's.

It's worth it.

there are online services you can get.
If you want to watch local games there is not a legal option.
