SlovakSport streams the Piestany group, but you one game unlock costs 0,70 EUR and it is limited to SMS payment, so if you arent in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, you are screwed... Maybe some highlights will be available... It is really terrible, one of the best U18 tournaments and they wont even broadcast it properly. Welcome to Slovakia. Regarding the Breclav group, I dont really know, havent heard about any broadcaster.
