Even when they tied it midway through the 2nd, the US was never in the game. Shots on goal final was 55-19. The Russians were the more physical team, and they just kept attacking in waves. I don't know if it was the USA playing badly or Russia just having an exceptional night. I watch a lot of Russian hockey, and this team is doing things defensively that you don't see Russian teams do. But that is tonight, I don't know what Friday will bring.

Nah, I think, this Russian team has too many future stars for a usual formula top6-bottom6. It looks like, it has top12. It doesn't mean, of course, we'll beat them all, because it's a junior hockey, where sometimes even stars play like useless trash. I hope, game vs Sweden won't be the case, though.
