Going with Toporowski here, only because I think he has a slight chance to play some games this year or next. Had 11 points in 17 games and might just be in the same tier as Clarke/Beckman (different skill set though). Did not see enough of either him or Jimmy Clark to make a long term comparison but guessing Clark will end up being in the same tier in a few years.

I like Masters over Parker, albeit Parker likely has better feet which will benefit him at the pro level. Can't really speak to the rest.
