This will be the official thread for the HFNYR Fantasy Hockey League run by yours truly, TheTakedown!

Players in the league are noted below. We're operating at 10 teams (open to going 12, but would need 2 guys to join together, and as soon as possible).

We'll need to confirm a draft date. Please let me know what works best for you guys!

Sorry to be a pain, but I can't make the following dates:

9/27
10/1 after 6:30pm
10/2

Any other evening should work fine. If the majority of the group decides on one of these dates, I'm OK with having to Autodraft. But hopefully we can avoid them.

I can work around that, October 3rd at night would be fine for me, that's 1 day before the regular season commences

not available Friday night sep 29 and saturday sep 30 for jewish holiday and sunday oct 1 after 8:15.

October 3 works for me as well.

I'm 6 hours Ahead of new york time and have to get up at 4 in the morning on the weekdays to go to work so I'll autodraft asap..

Yepp, I'm one of those guys that gets up at 1 in the morning to watch the games before getting my well needed 20 min beauty sleep..

What time do you wake up? I am usually up till 1-2AM most nights so I don't mind pushing it further back EST so that you are awake to draft!

Perhaps we go October 3rd, maybe 9 or 10PM? 11PM (that would put you at 5AM)?

Right now we have Monday at 8pm, I just realized that won't work for me either ...

I am going to change this it to Tuesday around 8pm--that was a consensus taken a week ago. I'll be at a bar playing darts so I can definitely do any time between 630pm and 11pm... You guys decide for me!

If you guys want to push back to October 4th, let me know--be aware that we would have to do a 5pm draft since that's the start of the regular season

So, as for draft order, are you guys Ok with me randomizing the order 5-8 times on ESPN? I can take a screen capture video if that would make y'all comfortable?

ESPN has a group chat feature called the smack board, that'd be the most integrated and easiest set up.

Otherwise we can set up a Snapchat or Facebook group chat

I have a draft Tuesday at 8:30 PM as well... thought this one was going to be on Monday. I'd prefer an earlier time if we do it on Tuesday? 6:30? or 7?
