15 wasted picks.

The Rangers once had the best goalie in the world not playing in the NHL. Best goalie prospect in hockey, but he was blocked by Richter and Beezer.

He ended up becoming famous for being posterized (stamp-ized?) by Forsberg rather than anything he did at the NHL level.
