In the 70's, Seaside was still a family place to go, but it's really deteriorated. Pt. Pleasant has even gone downhill.

Most of the people I know from the Philly suburbs still head to Sea Isle City and that area. Gotta be honest, I'm 20 minutes from Seaside, and I haven't be there in three years. Just not worth the effort on the weekend anymore.
