The big cutoff is here.

I should be voting Engstrom, but I think his road to make it is significantly tougher than other players available (we've left bluechips, so that's something that shoul be taken in consideration). Kapanen and Flojack's road is easier, Volokhin has super high upside, but then again, tough road to make it. Went with Kapanen because his realistic upside feels higher than Flojack. Those four (Engstrom, Kapanen, Flojack and Volokhin) are probably the next four to be voted.

The cutoff for me was starting at 8 with Beck

Engstrom , add Kidney.

If Engstrom wins this and one of Kapanen/Xhekaj get the 10 spot, which is what I’m expecting, we’ll only have 2 risers from last years list.

Thats what happens when you draft a Demidov.

Tough choice here. I'd go with Kapanen. He might be a decent 3rd C.

I went with Xhekaj. The team still needs size and toughness and I think he will provide that

Something tells me management is much higher Xhekaj than most around here.

I'd say 10-12 is pretty high for a 4th round pick from a year ago.

In their D+1:
Guindon was 24.
Trudeau was 30.
Farrell was 11, Biondi was 29, Smith was 36.
McShane was 20, Gorniak was 25.
Mete was 2.
Vail was 21.
Dietz was 15, Nygren was 31.

Xhekaj is either the 2nd (tied or not) or 3rd highest rated D+1 4th round pick since 2011.
