Additionally, please review your career goal from v20. If you hit it, please give yourself an additional excellent stat. If you were drafted 1st overall in the NHL, OHL, QMJHL, WHL or CHL Import Drafts in v20, give yourself an additional excellent stat.
*PLEASE READ: Returning for v21 is the option to choose your career path. You may now choose from the following;
1. Traditional Path - The normal way we do these, start as a 14/15 year old and follow your career from the beginning to end
2. College UFA - Start as a College UFA in the NCAA or USports league, teams will be free to sign you after 1 or 2 seasons
3. Major Junior UFA - Start as a 20 year old overaged player in the CHL, see if you get signed to a contract by an NHL or AHL team, or do you get drafted in the late rounds.
4. European UFA - Start as a 23/24 year old free agent playing over in Europe and see how long it takes to make it over to North America
5. Exceptional Status Major Junior - Start your career as an exceptional status CHL player, you get to choose your starting place
