It's funny how frustrated we all are this year because we've come to you expect better but taking a step back and looking at what counts kind of puts it in perspective for me.

Points % is great too. Laval is a strong team.

Saw the first two goals. Then was watching the caps. Took the night off from the basement so i could take a night off of bourbon. Haha.

Haha, I had one going on the TV and one on the laptop. I however did not take a night off from the Bourbon. :naughty:

Have to think Osipov requested a trade, right? Otherwise it doesn't really make a lot of sense to add an ECHL tweener and ship out the resident Russian foster dad.

That’s what I was wondering…trade request?
Almost had to be it. He's only gotten in 4 games this year for Hershey with hope dwindling he'll get any sort of role with Saulnier taking the tough guy gig from him. He and his wife were huge on integrating Miro and Bogdan and their families into North America and I know the organization really valued the family unit they created there.

All that said hope this is doing him right.

I'm frustrated at how much harder they've made it to even see a Bears game this year, not because of any sort of record. Parking is absurd, FloHockey sucks balls, it's pathetic

Totally agree. Having said that, I wonder if this means Miro is up for good. As Holtbyisms outlined, you would think they would have kept Osipov if they expected Miro to go back down once Ovi is healthy. Trineyev is a bit older so maybe he doesn't need the 'mentoring' as much.

We have a partial season ticket plan and we get a parking pass for each game. That said we attended more games than we get in our season ticket plan any time we get a free weekend that was didn't have planned at the start of the season. For those we just prepay for parking on ticket master, its only 20 instead of 35 which isn't that bad. I think they're trying to encourage everyone to prepay to continue towards the 100% cashless thing.

Flo is at least as good as AHLtv...which isn't saying much. Both are average at best. What frustrates me about FloHockey is that I'm now paying like triple the price because they don't have single team packages like AHLtv did. I like the other leagues Flo carries and can almost always find some hockey to watch which is cool but big loss for me is they don't partner with the NAHL, despite partnering with other junior US leagues like the USHL. I have a local NAHL team I'm a season ticket holder of so I have to buy NAHLtv too for when they're out of town, yuck. Costs so much to be a hockey fan these days.

I take full responsibility for last night's L, because watching on Flohockey, with about two minutes left, I very stupidly blurted out "i just hope they make it to overtime."

Also Rutger McGroarty has an incredibly punchable face

I'm gonna ask here first to see if anyone here knows before contacting the season ticket people.

I have a 12 game plan. My supervisor at work has a full season plan and can't make it to the game on 12/14, so he gave me his tickets. Since STH parking is all tied to your membership card now, and 12/14 isn't one of the games in my plan, I was wondering if I'd be able to use my STH card for parking, or if I'll have to preorder it separately (or ask my supervisor for his card). I kind of assumed that they only have the games you have season tickets for programmed into the cards to be scanned for parking, but I don't know that for sure.

Not sure but was going to ask about it since I'm going to have to switch out a game at the end of the year. I'd assume you get 12 scans per season per plan, not date specific. I could be wrong though.

I don't believe they are date specific either. There's nothing on mine that would lead me to believe so. I usually prepay for games off my partial plan though just so I don't confuse myself and keep things in order.

Rybinski's progression year over year has been super impressive and has definitely put him in contention for an NHL roster spot in 25-26 (or a call-up in 24-25 if injuries get bad).

23-24 - 5 goals, 16 points in 52 games
24-25 - 5 goals, 16 points in 23 games

That 5 goal, 16 pace would pace to 11 goals, 36 points over 52 games, more than double his production from last year. Rybinski has also produced outside the top six, which has generally been some mixture of Limoges, Sgarbossa, Frank, Vecchione, Dube, and Philp. He was paired with Trineyev and Smallman last night.

FWIW, I could say the same about Trineyev, who has 8 points in 16 games after having 16 points in 63 games last year. Both of them have shown progression year over year.

I was hoping Ryb would build on his playoffs and have a breakout year. He hasn't disappointed so far. I hope he keeps it up. Have to think his two-way play and PK abilities might give him a leg up with regards to call-ups and the like.

Hershey loaned Hudson Thornton to the Orlando Solar Bears. Looks like he wasn’t getting much playing time. Probably a move to allow him to play. Only appeared in 7 games so far and had no points

If they are good enough then Raddysh's role might be available for one of them next year.

Phantoms plug Ginning punches Funk to the ice after the whistle, Smallman comes rushing in and pops him back and they scrum. Smallman gets a FIVE MINUTE MAJOR for cross checking and a game misconduct, Phantoms get nothing. One of the worst calls I've ever seen.
