Like the above says. I voted McAvoy.
Upon further reflection, I changed my vote to Heiskanen.

I think Heiskanen could hit 30 goals if he played in Colorado instead of Dallas.
Even Makar doesn't hit 30 for the Avs and it should be pretty clear who is the more likely goal threatI think Heiskanen could hit 30 goals if he played in Colorado instead of Dallas.
Heiskanen is better in every aspect of playing the position.
as of right now it's 31 to 8, even with the big market vs small market bias benefitting McAvoyTypical, and incorrect.

Nah. Miro’s defense is overrated. He’s better overall though.Heiskanen is better in every aspect of playing the position.
So is McAvoy's. Dude can be absolutely worthless in his own end really way too often for a "top defenseman." And I hear the same from Bruins fans all the time, especially in the playoffs in the last 5 years. Miro is more consistent defensively.Nah. Miro’s defense is overrated. He’s better overall though.
I think McAvoy fluctuates between overrated and underrated sometimes lol.So is McAvoy's. Dude can be absolutely worthless in his own end really way too often for a "top defenseman." There are certainly games the guy plays like an elite top tier D man, but then there are games he plays like a scrub 3rd pair in his own end. Miro is not elite defensively, but he’s consistently solid or above average while being consistently elite offensively.I think McAvoy fluctuates between overrated and underrated sometimes lol.
But his offense is not elite enough to be ranked where he is

Inconsistency from Mc aside, I agree his offense isn’t quite elite either. I stand by Miro being better in all aspects all things considered. Peak defensive ability no, but consistency defensively makes me lean towards him there. And yeah overall it’s no question, as the poll results indicate.
Even my Bruins friend @PatriceBergeronFan will tell you it’s at least closeMiro is one of the most overrated guys in the league. His offense is limited, boring and lacks creativity.
McAvoy and it’s not even close.
Then that’s a knock on MCAvoyEven my Bruins friend @PatriceBergeronFan will tell you it’s at least close
Hey! Are you just saying that because of the WCF?Then that’s a knock on MCAvoy
