Is Saad playing with NHL's leading scorer and leading rookie scorer every night?

It was terrible move at time and will always be a terrible move

Saad is going to be great player for many years and Anisimov has already shown his limitations and cost for him will go up next yera
Has Kane ever scored 100 points with Saad on his line? Anisimov may not be as good a player as Saad, but even next year he will be cheaper, and the line he has centered has been arguably the best in the NHL. What the **** are you complaining about? Hawks were in a dire situation with the cap, traded a player that demanded too much money and got a now proven 2C on this team and a prospect that they traded for Ladd back. Far from a terrible move.

Bickell is well and truly done - 2 goals, 0 assists in his last 13 AHL games.

The wasy Bowman makes trades, he would have to give up Heartman, Pokka, and TT to get rid of Bickell's contract lol

Saad potted his 30th tonight. Safe to say he's not missing the Hawks. Incredible season.

Good for him. I hope you're right and he's not missing his old teammates, as he won't be seeing quite a few of them tonight, you know, cause they're being rested for the business end of the season.

Saads contract looks great for a guy who will be scoring 30+ goals per season and plays a strong 2 way game. The next Hossa.

I gotta chuckle at all the positive attitude for other players on other teams, that is in reality more negativity toward the Hawks. At least you're consistent.

PS .... AA scored 20 goals himself this season, centered Kane who will win multiple trophies this year and for years to come. He also centers Panarin the probable rookie of the year. AA is the center who will play with Kane for years to come for a team that should be a SC contender for years.

Saad, while a good player who you hate to lose will be doing a lot of golfing. He may one day regret basing his hockey career on money.

His 2 way game is still way off Hossa's. Infact I sincerely doubt he will ever reach the same heights Hossa did in his prime. Also, who says he will be scoring 30+ goals each season? He scored most of his goals in the beginning of the season on the PP if I remember it correctly, he's on the first unit in a system that might suit him, contrary to the Hawks, where he was on the second unit on a PP that was mostly based on "give the puck to Kane". He's also pretty much the go to guy in Columbus now. So all things considered, he might very well have not scored 30+ with the Hawks, thus his contract would still be too expensive.

NYR contending window has closed

Nash is on decline , That D is awful (Staal and Girardi seem to be disasters every night) and Lundqvist isn't getting any younger

St Louis and Yandle trades have depleted there farm as well

Johns was a +2 with 5 hits last night in 14 minutes. Would love to see him fill in instead of Svedberg. His style would help in this series.
