Scary time of year to make deals. People tend to get fleeced unless you win the cup. What were Tampa's trades the last 2 trade deadlines?

2021: David Savard for first-round selection and a 3rd and 4th and Fredrik Claesson (did not play in playoffs) from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for goaltending prospect Magnus Chrona. (#1 draft pick was number 32-Nolan Allen)

2020: Blake Coleman from the New Jersey Devils for top-prospect Nolan Foote and a 2020 first-round draft pick.
(Mukhamadullin (6-3, 178), who was chosen with the first-round pick the Devils received from the Tampa Bay Lightning (previously obtained from the Vancouver Canucks)

Well worth it. picks might have been more costly but they were at that level of win now. They have a Goalie.

How is that an almost deal if one team wasn't willing to do it? It's not like that deal was proposed and then beaten. If you propose to someone and they say no, you weren't almost married.

I don’t believe a word the guy says. But hypothetically let’s say it’s true, loser move on Dreger’s part mentioning Mrazek’s name considering he’s still a leaf here.

Wouldn’t expect anything less from Dreger though.

Well considering Hagel alone went of 2 X 1sts and 2 X prospects with only a couple 4th back, suggests that Chicago wouldn't have selected the Leafs offer if given the choice between the 2 options.
