Blackwood hasn’t played yet, but Wedgewood has posted a 1.92 GAA and 931 save percentage in 5 games with the Avs, compared to Georgiev’s 3.38 GAA and 874 save percentage. Annunen was at 3.23 GAA and 872 save%

That’s a big upgrade already, and Wedgewood is technically the back up because Blackwood is gonna be the starter

What they had wasn't working. Rolling the dice is a better option than doing nothing, so I went with small upgrade.

I think there should be a big upgrade option to vote. I wouldn’t call it a huge upgrade because a huge upgrade would be getting an elite established goalie, and it isnt just a small upgrade. It’s a big upgrade

Georgiev lost the room. It was so bad it was unfixable. The OP is knobish in how it presents the issue as though it exists in vacuum. The other issue of myopia here is that goals allowed on first 10 shots is being ignored. If Georgiev allows 3 goals on the first 10 shots but nothing the rest of the way, he’s putting his team behind extraordinarily behind the 8 ball. The team is chasing the game because of him. This was a common occurrence.
