Hey if me saying Merry Christmas is a trigger phrase for other people, that's their problem not mine. I've been celebrating a Merry Christmas for 5 decades... in all that time saying Merry Christmas has never put anyone in a hospital... pretty sure it's two harmless polite positive words...
