Not me, but I had family that moved from Plymouth to Phoenix 25ish years ago. They had 3 small children and desperately needed more space. After the first winter they moved right back to Plymouth, same house they left the year before, and added a second level. They still live there.Question for those who have left cold weather for warm..
Is it weird for you to hear songs like let it snow, etc.
Strange to always have a green, warm Christmas?
Being in NY, even when it's 50 it is difficult to get into the mood when decorating.
I think it depends on which seasons you like. Last time I was in Las Vegas I met a pizza shop owner who had moved there from Connecticut. I asked that very question, whether or not it was weird for their holidays to not be in cold weather. He said it was strange at first but that he hated cold/snow and he got used to it being sunny all the time pretty quickly.Question for those who have left cold weather for warm..

After years of turkey, we switched to chickens because everyone liked them better. Yum!Went to the supermarket looking for discount turkey and there weren't any good prices, but I did find they had whole chickens at 49 cents a pound so I bought like six of them and will carve some, grind some, and freeze for a couple months' worth of meat
