I disagree. He's being leaned on with very little help behind him and is nearly at a point per game while doing so.
Like CC, his numbers are good. But neither are playing well. Both can be better.

Great that the points are there but if they keep playing as they are I don’t think they’ll sustain it.

He's got the worst support in terms of wingers, center depth, and defenseman helping out offensively. It's been happening for like 4 years. Can't blame him for being frustrated.

I think alot of it was from being overworked with all the ice time due to having no help at C, and getting caved in defensively to start the season, zaps all that energy. It's hard constantly chasing the game.
