GDT: Game 66: Habs vs Panthers, SAT MAR 15 - 7 PM EDT | CITY, SNE, NHLN, TVAS, SCRIPPS

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

7th game with the big club for Roy this season — had no offensive production in the prior 6. Would do him some good to put up a point however no biggie if he doesn’t. Still very young, he’ll turn it around with more experience.

I hate him and Gallagher together, so slow. He should be with Laine and Newhook. I think the three could do some damage. Roy is smart and while Laine is slow like Gallagher, he's a better target for Roy's passing

I’ll be there with the better half. Her first Habs game ever.

Not expecting a miracle, but I think it will be entertaining.

Wanted 84 points this season, and they’re on their way of reaching the goal. Laval is winning like they own the league. All is good in Habs world this morning.

I want points for our Fab Four. That is what I want to see.

The games are simply much more enjoyable with Laine around. It’s going to be a tough matchup tonight but at least we have a chance to win with Laine in the lineup.

I would post something but it will just disappear in the next crash so what is the point?

Habs will win the Cup only for it to be wiped out when the reptilian alien overlords reboot the Matrix.

Scheduling wise, Florida has been playing every other day this week in Boston, Toronto and now montreal. That's a good travel schedule and keeps them in a good rythym with no back to backs and presumably no rust.

Montreal is coming back from a western swing. The first game home off a trip is traditionally a recipe for a stale performance.

I don't have a good feeling about this one, but the Habs need to get something out of this not just for staying in the mix but also to get that nasty taste out of my mouth after blowing a 2 goal 3rd period lead.

I feel like our season is on the line tonight

Until the next one, lol.

This race has been weird. Montreal, Ottawa, Detroit, and Rangers all seem to go on streaks one way or the other so it's really volatile.

Currently. Ottawa is trending hot, Montreal cooled a bit during the western swing, while Detroit is ice cold and Rangers are trending cold.

But it wouldn't shock me to see the Sens start another ice cold patch, while the wings and Rangers get hot again.... because that's just the way this race has been.

17 games left but 3 vs the Panthers

MT is in town don't know if he's playing.

Bob just passed Esposito with the win vs Toronto.

Guhle staking rather well on his own. Could we see him back this season?

Last I saw is that he is listed week to week, so i am very encouraged.

Hopefully the habs can stay in the hunt by the time (if) he gets back. His addition really rounds out the defense in terms of getting guys to their appropriate chairs.
