Tampa playing the Rangers Saturday night. We’ll be a bit fresher.

Dach is starting to coming alive

Defence looking good.

Goaltending may be solved without a trace. It’s nice to have depth.

A lot of reasons to be optimistic for tomorrow.

If we sweep Florida this weekend, I’m running a full blitzkrieg on the Tank thread!

Tampa stays home on a b2b despite playing the later game. Habs have to travel.

I'm not sure that means the Habs will be fresher but the holiday season is prone to some silly results.

Tampa are a completely different animal for us.
Same thing applies as yesterday discipline is a must.
If our top two lines can win the differential battle we may have a chance.
We are also going to need "The Full Monty" or forget about it.
If we get a point out of this one I'm pumped.

f*** Tampa Bay Go Habs Go

It was a really good game. Everyone played hard & well. Dach's 2 goals were both beauties. Newhook picked up his first 2 assists of the year on them.

Dobes is huge & looked confident. His rebound control is impressive. A shutout his 1st game.
You know it's a great game when you can compliment a player's contribution and feel like you are leaving somebody out.
Kaiden Guhle was really good as was his first pass.
Hutson was also smart enough to hit Suzuki in full stride breaking into the neutral zone.
I haven't seen that nearly enough from our D collectively.
Suzuki in full stride is a good thing who could have known.

Pretty big game. Ottawa holds the final wildcard spot, but they have no goaltending right now. The next three games for them will be tough. The other teams vying for a spot are similar to us in record. We aren't out of it yet. It would be great for the young guys to earn a spot or at least compete for one. It's too bad we couldn't get that W in Columbus.

If we get two points from this game and complete the sweep, can I count on you to join the anti-tank rebellion?

Toronto
They have more prolific shooters and also 8 - 2 - 0 in their last 10.

Somehow I wish they had given this one to Dobes.

And, what's completely insane is they have the best record in Atlantic by points percentage, but are in WC1 because they have played the least amount of games.

They have 5 games in hand on the Bruins.
And, 4 games in hand on both Toronto & Florida. What a ridiculous schedule.

At least this is a back-to-back for them, too.
